Grab News From RSS Feeds
If the Web page you are viewing includes a link to an RSS feed (like, for instance, in the news section of the main search engines or in many media Web sites), you will find all the acticles of the feed(s) in the 
news tab (refresh 
if the data doesn't appear). You can then move them to your catch manually or automatically.
